This is what I've been looking for: proof that what we've all known is true. BEER MAKES US SMARTER! and CHRISTIANS WHO ABSTAIN ARE IDIOTS. LOL...I'm actually more into the "candy drinks" like Smirnoff but to quote The Three Amigos, "It's like beer!"
Seriously...read your A-H comments regarding Doug Pagitt's new book. Thanks for the review. I'm very interested in the subject of preaching vs discussion.
welcome aboard James! If you check out previous posts through my archives there are several posts (some turned into rants) regarding preaching in a post modern context. That very idea was the driving concept behind my writing this blog. When you get a chance pick up Doug's book it's very good. Otherwise there have been several great books written and many good blogs with posts about preaching.
